Travis Martin(TM) is a Detroit-based designer, art director, and human being. He has spent his career helping brands better communicate through strategic art direction and design.
As the Art Director of Floyd, he and his team are responsible for the design, visual language, and overall voice of the brand. He’s worked previously with a wide array of clients and industries on everything from environmental design and retail expressions to high-level storytelling and complete brand overhauls. He has helped brands establish their visual identity and professional sports teams change their image, designed merchandise for artists and musicians, and launched products for sportswear giants.
He strives to create a sense of immediacy in his work, with an aesthetic inspired by brutalism, fashion, popular culture, and the ephemera of early-aughts punk and hardcore. His work has been recognized by dozens of people across the internet.
