Travis Martin is a designer, art director, and human in Detroit. He has spent his career helping brands better communicate through strategic art direction and design. He is currently the Senior Brand Designer for Floyd.

His experience is broad, having spent the past decade working for various agencies and studios. He’s worked with a diverse array of clients from a wide range of industries on everything from retail expressions and environmental design to complete brand overhauls. He’s helped a major university combat intolerance, launched new products for sportswear giants, and changed the way people see hockey in the desert.

While his approach is informed by research and understanding, his aesthetic is an amalgamation of influences driven by brutalism, fashion, popular culture, and the ephemera of early aughts punk and hardcore. His work has been recognized by literally dozens of people across the internet.

Select clients include: Nike, Jordan Brand, UCLA, MLB, Columbia Sportswear, Chaco, Miami University (OH), Arizona Coyotes, Merrell, KIA, Steelcase, Religion Studio, BMW, NBA, NFL, Public School, and Architects (UK).
