Proposed creative and art direction for Nike Baseball’s 2017 campaign. Tasked by Nike with presenting the sport and its athletes in a disruptive way, we were inspired by the immediacy of Brutalism and vintage Nike ads.
With imagery that highlighted personality of the players and energy of the game, we developed a simple, modular grid that worked easily across an array of touchpoints.
It was essential that the visual language also support Nike’s retail campaigns -- off-season training, equipment, and Gear Up initiatives.
We proposed the use of Nike’s Volt green throughout these retail executions to create distinction in the market and immediate brand recognition.
