Proposed creative and art direction for Nike Baseball’s 2017 campaign. Tasked by Nike with presenting the sport and its athletes in a disruptive way, we were inspired by the immediacy of Brutalism and vintage Nike.
With imagery that highlighted personality of the players and energy of the game, we developed a simple, modular grid that worked easily across an array of touchpoints.
It was essential that the graphic identity also support Nike’s wholesale retail campaigns -- off-season training, equipment, and Gear Up initiatives.
Nike’s Volt green was utilized throughout the retail campaign to create distinction in the market, a disruptive visual interest and immediate brand recognition within the space.
